Beyond the Pitch

Brett Hovis

In this first issue I wanted to take the opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Brett Hovis and I am the National Sales Manager for Nowak Dental Supplies. I have been in and out of the Dental Lab space since 2008 with experience on the manufacturing side of the business as well as distribution. I also ran an insulation business for 8 years and encountered many of the same challenges that I see our lab customers have on a day to day basis.

I reside in Greer, SC with my wife Casey and our two boys Houston and William. We have a strong passion for the outdoors and we pursue waterfowl hunting all across the Southeast and Midwest with our two black labs, May and June. My why in life is to take kids hunting and to get them involved in the outdoors. Our kids are actively involved in baseball and soccer and it keeps us extremely busy on the weekends as well.

My goal at Nowak is to build a lab sales team that can help support your business to achieve your professional goals. We want to be able to support you with materials, digital equipment and technical resources and we will work diligently to do that. At Nowak we are committed to only selling to laboratories and we will continue looking to the future to address the needs of our customers in the ever-changing dental laboratory market. We appreciate the opportunity to partner with you in 2025 and beyond.
